For those who don't know, I am a social media manager.
So I do like seven accounts every single morning and like how do I do that practically?
So the night before I'm making the graphics, I'm doing all the pretty stuff and the pretty animations and I use all these different software https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mojo-stories-reels-maker/id1434861974
you'll see on the screen to make all of my different graphics and matching look.
Then I make copy and I make the copy and I put it in a note on my phone and I have all these different hashtag generators that I use with best hash Tags www.best-hashtags.com
And then then, the day of that morning, I wake up early and I do it five, six, seven in the morning, depending on my gym time depending on the kids when they get up and do the routine.
So I go to that person's Instagram. I go to the reels platform first, if it's a video related content, I try to do that couple times a week, because they're really pushing reels right now.
So I'll go to reels, copy, and paste a copy on their account and slap the copy that I pre-made put the video on there.
I Do a little subtitle, then I'll go to the Post because the post is on a different kind of Market than the actual reels, put it on the post.
If I need to put a thumbnail, make sure the thumbnail looks good with their brand, then I'm going to their Facebook reels. it's a different market Facebook, reels, Instagram reels.
I Go to their Facebook, reels, put it on their Facebook reels. Then I'll go to their actual Facebook, business account, and make sure They have the newest latest post because again, that's a different Market group.
Then I copy and paste all of that, and put that on their Facebook regular business account.
Then I'm going to go to their tiktok.
I'm going to do the same thing with their ti Tik tok. Then if they have a YouTube account, I'm going to put that short, which is their version of reels on their YouTube account.
So it takes me about five to ten minutes, to copy and paste, all of that onto all of their accounts into my notes, but the night before.
it's spending 30 minutes to an hour on each account.
I make sure all the Colors look nice and the copy is well and the spelling.
I do that for every single client.
So it takes me like 30 minutes to 45 minutes in the morning.
But when I'm chilling at home and I'm watching TV at home, and I'm sitting down, shooting the breeze and my husband were just chatting.
Then I make all the graphics and on the Instagram, pre-make the look in the and all that stuff.
And so that's how I'm able to do it practically for my clients.
I have seven accounts. I got a post for every single day. Me and my husband have four accounts and then I have other paying clients.
I am a child wrangler, a girl boss, a media creator, a business mentor, a professional domestic engineer, Captain of the Hot Mess Express and most importantly- an imperfect but constantly progressing disciple of Christ.
